Well, turns out I had an old Qui-Gon from 2001, complete with clash sensor.
But before I start yanking stuff apart, just to be sure, this is the clash sensor, correct?

What's the story? Am I screwed? Is there any way to...
Gotcha.
I'll use the Force, but I won't force it.
;)
Ok, not a resistor, it's the clash sensor. Check.
I have e new blade, so I won't be reusing the stock.
So what I have to do is de-solder (aka carefully remove) the clash sensor from the DIN...
Doing a Vader conversion. Sorta stuck. I could use some guidance form the Force....or the experts form TCSS forums.
How complete is the tutorial?

Has anyone come across any reference info for a Legacy of the Force style Jacen Solo lightsaber hilt?
As a matter of fact I do...but yes the stock battery pack uses 3 AA batteries, which is 4.5v. Thanks again for all the help everyone.
I'm using the stock battery pack which I am pretty sure is 4.5v
