It's a full custom build - it was built entirely from aftermarket parts. It's M16/AR15 series though - you could build up any M16 variant into that configuration.
Me too and often the money is just wasted.
My favourite was the USD 75 replica scope in USD 250 real-steel mounts....
With the new gearbox shell and the Eotech Magnifier it's now wearing it's probably broken 2K.
There's about USD 1500 in parts (at Hong Kong prices)
If you mean a link to where you can buy it then there isn't one - it's custom built.
I can make you one for around USD 1700
Nope, completely wrong - sorry.
It's an M4 with an 19" barrel, Magpul Precision Rifle Stock, PRI free float tube, ARMS swan sleeve and Ops Inc muzzle break + supressor and a Vomz scope with...
Airsofting is much safer and less painful than paintball. A decent paintball gun is as powerful as a hunting air rifle (approx 15-20x as powerful as a good airsoft gun). In my time paintballing (now...
Yep, cut them myself. Used a pipe cutter for the 90degree cuts to keep them square. The cut at the emitter was just done with a hacksaw then tidied up, the cut in the rear section was done with a...
If the splits are not in line down the length of the blade then it might work.
The biggest problem is flex - you can squeeze the base of the bottom section but not all of that force will be passed...
MR boards show up on eBay pretty regularly
Start by going through the galleries and playing with the MHS builder a bit - get some ideas first.
The PSG-1 is very pretty but it's not very useful. The inner barrel is considerably shorter than the outer and the dead air this creates really throws off it's accuracy. Plus it can be very expensive...

Youngling's training saber.
The dowel runs right to the powel so it should be able to withstand everything...
987654321a: Battery voltage won't have any affect on the fuse required - current is increased by demand which mean changes to motor or spring.

That little screw is really important - without it you'll wear your gears really quickly.
Put the screw back (and make sure that you have the little metal disc between the screw and the motor).

Are you sending it back or do you want me to walk you through stripping the gearbox?
What about braiding EL wires and leather thongs? That could overcome the strength issues and the attachment issues?
First - try something easy - take the motor out, hook up the wires and see if it spins when you pull the trigger.
If it works then the gear box is mechanically jammed and you'll need to strip it....
Re the Obi-Wan-ish saber, the TCSS parts were painted black then dry-brushed silver. The sinktap and clamp were roughly painted black then, while the paint was half-dry, most of the paint was rubbed...

NiMh batts don't have the memory effect of NiCads so discharging them is not required.
A full discharge/recharge cycle will give you optimum performance but the difference is very small.
