Ah, no. I do have a crappy mini lathe with limitations so I still employ all those methods as well.

Eastern! Man! That is absolutely gorgeous. I really dig the look of the layered ‘fat’ emitter and shroud coupled with the narrow grip as well as the mechanism for the chassis reveal and the pop out...
Hey Sabernuts. I'm missing the good ol' days, when everyone was here  But i'm still checking in, hoping for some action.
Anyways, this one's another custom scratch build (no MHS) but if it ok...
Whoa! I do love a well polished saber, especially with all that brass. It looks regal.
Awesome work as always Jay.
Greenie:mrgreen:
Yeah. My error. Sorry Tim.
The saber armory sell 7/8 parabolic hollow blade tips. They are UK based but ,apparently, worldwide shipping is cheap and quick.
Any good?
You know I’m all about the custom saber builds but this thing is wicked and deserves more recognition.
Excellent work Tom, as always. I especially love the stun setting. Awesome!
I’ve said it...
Very nice. But Artoo was a hero in the prequels too. :-?
Greenie:mrgreen:
Very nice work. Congrats dude.

Alright Saberfans!
:mrgreen:This was my submission for the Golden Saber Contest over at FXSabers. The challenge was to build a functioning lightsaber that breaks down into multiple parts, like the...
This is explained in the GH manual. Check first but I believe you connect RGB from switch to accent pads L4 L5 L6. Then set colour matching to ‘on’ in the general txt file.
Thanks Mike. Yeah, I'm all good. I was somewhat concerned by your absence. I'm hoping all is well with you and you've just been in stealth mode. Happy to see you around buddy. :D
That was completely random (???). Edited.
This one is definitely worth a watch. https://youtu.be/ZazIiGxdPZ4 And check out ShtokCustomWorx. He uses them and may even produce them.
Hey Riser. Welcome to the forums. Yes, it’s been done. Jedi Arms Dealer has been using them for a while. For saber charging and for display cases etc. Check out the awesome work on his channel on...
Hey Dave, it's been bit quiet round here lately. Always nice to see custom builds and mods. Keep up the good work dude.

Hey Darth Griff, I can’t offer any help, as I’m on the other side of the planet, but welcome to the forums.
Greenie:mrgreen:
Maybe you could file or sand it.
This one was all but done last year but a delay with parts coupled with life getting in the way has kept it on the workbench until now.
Anyway, I had a promise to keep to an old friend. When I told...
The wiring looks correct. The 2ohm resistor is larger than the 0.5ohm but I doubt if the difference is visible. its good practice to resistor all LEDS for safety/peace of mind.
Greenie.
Welcome to the forums. Your list looks good at a glance. The NB4 has a 3.3v pad which can be used for the accent LED. It will activate when you boot the saber/pull the kill key but it will need its...
No worries. Yeah, the kill key or charging plug just breaks the negative connection so either way it will shut down the saber.
Hey. Are you sure of the correct negatives to and from the recharge port? The kill key will appear to function correctly either way round. This is my standard basic answer as I did this on my 1st...
Hello there. Welcome to the forums.
Greenie:mrgreen:
Very nice. The grip section looks good in black. Well done man.
