At first i was a little apprehensive but thinking about it; having the ability to make any of my sabers into a whip with one adapter is, well, simply amazing.
1 for sure sold to me.
I don't believe it has polarity as it works like a momentary switch and just creates a circuit when a spring hits a pole on the inside, so it really shouldn't matter.
I'm sure one of greater...
I can't imagine that at that price it would have a string as the 2010 w/dvd sabers are like 15 dollars or so less i wonder what sound boards would be in it.
Haha greatness.
If im not mistaken they were indeed originally going to be removable blades.
Beaten to the punch.... at least i was right
I take it you're looking to do an imperial Knight saber? A search for that may help out a little, but you should still refine your question.
Those grips can't be that big as you can see you going over threads like that. Should look into the grips and how to use them in your design some more.
I love the Mara Jade style I'm really excited to see how this turns out!
Well in this case you can be a chooser. You could not connect a speaker and there would be no sound.
Did you have any issues with the switch placement? The saber I'm waiting on has the same switch in the same spot. Would be nice to know about any problems I might run into so I can plan around it.

a Rhyen to follow in 2011
This could be put on display in a gallery.

Simply amazing
The obi is a much smaller board while the vader was a tight fit for me. i used both but was working on the obi and was distracted and messed it up with my iron so i had to replace it with my vader...
Great work i love how the entire thing flows.
Thats PVC?? man that looks great. I'm going to have to mess around with that kind of thing.
Those lips really add alot to, i dono how i want to say it, depth of the saber? point is they look great.
Actually I think this is the one we are looking for. Great design by the way.

I really like the design, I have been working on a similar design myself. However, the grip sections are incorrectly placed, just go back and check the threads. But i am pretty new so i could just be...
The boards from the Obi 2010 sabers are small enough. Unless im misunderstanding something.
The Anakin and Vader 2010 boards are different than the Obi boards (i don't know what the Yoda ones look like) Just check out the thread for 2010 w/dvd and you should find everything you need.
Wow I love the brass. That leather is what i was looking for to use on my saber but couldn't find it locally, But the saber looks great
yes it is quite long a little over 13" and the 40" blade makes it feel even longer. But it is fun to wield it in one hand or two. Originaly i thought the length of the hilt would detract from its...
