Apparently this man has turned to the dark side. It also seems that he is trained in Soresu because he defended himself from a police taser using his lightsaber.

Haha that's a fair trade I think. I'm amazed that my wife is letting me throw good money at something like building a lightsaber... you know because they are so practical and it will improve our...
I'm not using the typical saber soundboards. I'm using something different that has 16mb of on board flash, in conjunction with a micro-controller. Why? Well I feel like a saber is a form of...
Got it. Thank you. So 16megs should hold around three sound fonts.
Just wondering, how much memory does one sound font usually take up if it is in wav format?
Thanks.
I get the rules, which is why I asked him to send me the info outside of the forum. Is that against the rules too?
It's not about making a new color. It's about making a better color. With an Amber led I will be able to make more vibrant oranges and yellows. It will be off most the time otherwise, so it won't be...
Silver Serpent, I think the quads are better simply for color mixing. That is why I'm doing it. So I probably won't be using all four leds at once. However, by customizing my parts I am going to...
I'm not sure why I can't receive PMs. I see you have a twitter account. Can you tweet it to me? @BryantMorrill
I have the same problem. Can you tell me where you got the heatsink? Maybe in a private message? I don't want to upset people, but TCSS doesn't sell the heatsink I'm looking for so it shouldn't...
I want to go all out on my current build with color mixing as well as good yellows/ oranges, and I have found a place where I can get an RGBA Led module that uses Cree XPE and XPE2 Leds that will run...
I was told by someone that Mosfets put off a lot of heat and are inefficient compared to buckpucks, and that LEDs require a constant current to work well and not get damaged by voltage/ current...
That is one of my concerns. I'm wondering if there is a way to use only one buck puck for constant current, and then dim each led independently using mosfets instead, since they are a tad bit...
You can get the Cree XPE LED in a Phot-Red color that is a deeper red. That might help your purple, especially with the Royal Blue.
Hey there everyone,
I'm working on my first build, and I'm using an Arduino.
I want to use a Cree RGB High Powered LED, but I have some questions.
First, is there a way to run the LEDs in...
