Yeah, I ment 7,4 :D 7,4 for parallel of course :D I was thinking about english and have written bull**** :D
Interesting - I thought that drivers are used mainly because multi-emitter LEDs. What is...
Not stunt, battle saber :) no sound, just led.so if I understand correctly - with 3,7V battery I can wire led emitters in serial order with one driver or resistor (so I count resistance for...
Hi, I didn´t understand properly what do you mean - yes, all three emitters on that "star" are deep red.
Hi all,
I have never used a LED driver, but now in my new project i need it. I need to pick the right driver for this led:

:-O oh. Fantastic work. I definitely fell in love with this saber!!!!!
EDITED - I´m sorry about earlier post, I don´t want any trouble. But I´m completely amazed with this saber. I haven ´t ever...
i know where this is going. me and father, we are both photographers.this is problem of his camera´s optics. not enough luminosity in objective.if lights are off and flash too, it is not enough to...
perhaps it is.i call it cheapo :D and some other members too. Im here new too. The first photo is a problem. Those pictures are taken by my dad. He has very good camera and he makes photos in the...
yes i know it is long.i built shorter one before but there wasnt enought place inside the hilt for electronics :-( so i made little upgrade
take a look at my post before - i added some photos
It is corbin battle blade in the state i bought it here on TCSS.no any adds :-) it has no soudboard at the moment.I was making a wiring diagram and now is complete.so only thing i have to buy is 5V...
By the way - will LED connected through soundboard and transistor glow with the same intensity as before without soundboard?
thanks to all who helped me.In near future I will make the saber complete.
is the diagram on the top ok? and can I use MJE2955T transistor?
by the way - I wanted to buy Covertec belt clip but it was sold out. So I decided to make one according to all my requirements. Here is some photos :-) its made from aluminum and i have to make some...
so i remade it
is this correct?

and can I use transistor MJE2955T?
oh. I´m really sorry :( I just wanted to help him. BTW I dont know if Tim sells transistors too but I haven´t seen any on TCSS
why? what is the purpose? I only want to understand how it all works :)
yes i have seen all schematics.if i understood right i can cut off LED- wire and LED+ solder to transistor.instead of using LED- wire I solder black wire going from LED to negative wire leading back...
im still thinking but i do not have any idea how to wire it.relay has 4 contacts and transistor has 3. and i dont know what to do with led+ and led- wires. please help
ok.i have to think about.tomorrow i will post another diagram
you want to say i can combine two ways of wiring?you want to say I can use diagram i posted today and instead of relay use transistor?
One more thing - I found wiring for cheapo soundboard - but there is a relay. I was thinking - can I wire it according to this diagram, but connect the LED on LED+ and LED- wires directly without...
what kind of soundboard do you have?my soundboard arrived and i found here on the forum i cant use that diagram i posted before :(
AND ONE MORE THING - I WONT NEED TRANSISTOR :( AND IF YOU WANT WE...
it is force action saber.it is possible it is econo board.i found wiring diagram, but i have to buy a relay :( and I won´t need transistor:(
So my force fx saber arrived, and i found that the soundboard is described here on the forum.
In this picture is described wiring, but I dont know what connection to use - the one i posted before...
orange dots are soldering :-) it means you have to make 2 wires from one wire. arrows are voltage directions flowing through diagram.yes, big dot are 3 wires soldered together. I didn´t precisely...
