I made my Predator Helmet out of Construction Foam, hot glue and Bondo. You could also use fiberglass sheeting over the foam, which would make it alot stronger, with a matt-bone finish. The Dreads...

Actually, from what I understand, the two models of lightsaber you CAN'T convert is the Luke and the Mace Windu. The 6-battery packs are incompatible with the LEDs. :(

I believe AutoCad can generate PDF docs. You can then open that in Photoshop and convert it to JPG.
