Congratulations to all the winners of the 2020 TCSS saber building contest and hats off to all who entered and built amazing sabers.
The idea for saber started back in 2017 when a good friend of...
Those are some 2mmx5mm Red, Green, Blue LEDs
Thanks everyone for their comments
So there's no confusion. The leather is wrapped around a fluted section. The dowels were used to force the leather into the grooves as it dried. I forgot to...
Hello Saberland,
Introducing the Jedi Junk Saber. I've had this complete for a few months now. It is a result of contest gift cert, some work I did for a friend and the fact I wanted yellow on my...
Awesome saber. Beautiful etching.
Awesome saber. Very cool etching.
Wow is all I have to say. Awesome job!!
Here's another Satele saber build --- http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com/showthread.php?14075-Rogue9607-s-Satele-Inspired-Saber-First-Saber&highlight=republic
I ran into this problem last weekend. My shroud piece wouldn't etch. I just sanded it 300, 400 grit sandpaper. After a little work it was etching just fine.
Wow. Very impressive shroud. I love the etching!
Awesome saber. I love all the detail.
Wow!! That is one awesome shroud.
I think it's around 11.5 inches.
3in fluted double female, 3in double female, double male connector, short choke style 1, BH 25, and pommel 4.
Play around with the MHS builder. It will give you a...

I usually sand the speaker mounts down a little on both sides. Be careful not to sand too far so you don't sand the thread holes off or the speaker lip that holds the speaker in. I've noticed some...
Wow!! That's coming along nicely. If I sent you some chunks of plastic can you make me some gold bricks.
I work for a commercial printer, and have access to a 54in Graphtec FC8600 for all my vinyl cutting needs
Very sleek build. I like it.
I use cut vinyl for my etch patterns and i also use it to wrap my pieces so nothing leaks inside.
Swarm by Origin is a cool soundfont.
Hopefully in their greed Disney will realize they could make some $$ from putting the original versions on Blu-Ray.
I did read that on the interwebs somewhere. Hope it's true.
I still have those, but I don't have a VCR either.
Glad I could help.
Working at a commercial printer I have access to vinyl. I used perforated window vinyl for that. A honeycomb pattern would be cool.
Here's that piece before it's date with the dremel. It was a left over piece from a Graflex-ish control box that Tim used to sell.
