well for starters no, tim cannot PC all but the fluted sections (it would be awsome if he could though :(). secondly IMO the saber seems a bit on the long side, personaly i'd get rid of the two...

Thermal tape may not be essential but it is still a very good idea. Think of it this way, you buy it and you LED runs cooler, it costs you a dollar; you don't buy it and you run the risk of cooking...

This plus any one of These should do the trick (remember to get a MPS Clip and a Pommel Insert) :cool:

For wire gauges the bigger the number, the thinner the wire and the less current it can handle (also the higher its resistance) This should be fine for most purposes (as far as i know)

A Heatsink is a must, as well as Thermal Tape to secure the LED. You also need a Resistor for the Main LED and Resistor for the Switch LED. And a Speaker Mount may help.
