Well I was following the Noob guide for building a LED saber so maybe someone should change the step to say select a 10 degree lens if its easier and doesn't need any modifications.

Well I have it laying on my led holder right now and it looks ok, but yeah I noticed the lens doesn't want to sit in the holder.

Is the lens suppose to lock into the lens holder?

The led is soldered down according to the tutorial the lens holder fits perfectly onto it but it seems to be the lens/ lens holder.

i got the LED kit (Amber) but I am having trouble putting it it in. The lens and the Lens holder are giving me trouble. I set it on the heatsink and try to screw down the Blade Holder but it wont go...

Ah my idea was when I get time and money to put the sound card in before the switch so that I have plenty of room in front of it. Not sure about the sound ventilation.

Just a quick check would I be able to switch out the kit's push a switch for a latching Antivandel switch later on, in a Box 4 style.
