Offhand I’d say the battery amperage was insufficient. You need a 15A battery to run a setup like that.

I’d have to research the various wiring diagrams, but I don’t think so. You add the resistor to help protect the LEDs themselves, and also, a 50 cent resistor is way cheaper than replacing a GGW...

Each LED should have its own resistor.

You likely have a switch issue, or you have it set so that you have to hold the switch down for a couple of seconds to turn off.

You can use a trim ring if there already is a gap, but normally there shouldn’t be one. I would actually put it together with the heatsink inside before making any decisions.

Since that’s not a board that’s sold by TCSS, I’m not sure that you’re going to find a lot of people on this forum who will be able to help you out. I suggest you check whatever manual came with that...

You let go for a second, and then press it quickly to advance to the next font.

As soon as you access the sound menu, you let go of the aux button, and quickly tap the aux button to go to the next font.

Usually you hit the floor with it. You also have to make sure you have the drag angels set properly.

No. Which is why I suggested before turning the saber off, manually set it for the font you want to turn on to.
