Getting the tunics, robes, and possibly the surcoat from Twin Roses (Comes recommended by many within the SW costuming community)

I've got until June to make a decision.. otherwise I'll build a lightsaber next year.
I think I'm going to hold off ordering my parts until the powder coating options are back again.. was looking forward to getting them though.
I'm pretty sure ill have to worry about ESD, but I'm thinking this should work:

Building a chassis with the TCCS system.
Just curious, since we can no longer get the 3.0 from TCCS anymore.
So it would be best to have it below a inch (I'll get the actual measurements later) so that the screw can have more threads. Thanks.
From where you'd stick the blade in.
Using this Blade Holder: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/MHSV1-Blade-Holder-Style-5-P185.aspx
The question is: Can I ask for above a inch (1.5") from the end? Thanks.
I'm currently working on the design of my saber, and I want to know if I can install a covertec knob on this part:

and how?
You can use a lower wattage, you don't need to use 10, should be fine though!
Decided to not have Foc or color blend, just sound. Using a royal blue rebel star.

Am I right or am I wrong on how the wiring is supposed to be?
Hello, I am planning on building a custom saber and currently trying to decide how to make my electronics completely modular so that I can change parts out if needed. I know I can use JST connectors...
Last question: Am i correct in assuming that each die uses the closest + and - nearby, so positive would be on the left, and negative on the right?
Was i right about the channels though?
Okay, it says it has 3, but it only shows where the main die goes, a high power led (which I assume must be 2) with a resistor on the negative, then what appears to be a third with a resistor on the...
But aren't the color channels only meant for the color mixing with the color xtender board?
Yeah, I did, but it used a four die led as a example, and I saw this video on the TCCS channel: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8CWIKMi-63c&list=UU3wZvFoDBm8K8zVjaG7CaGQ
So I was confused, as the...
What doesn't make sense? Using Royal blue as the main?
I'm planning on running it via parallel (with the + and - from the royal blue) so the main is the royal blue, so would I combine the data from the leds (3.2+2.4, 1A+.7A) or just the royal blue's...
At TCCS in the wire section, I believe I saw 22,24, and 26. Not 28 though.
Resistor for Royal Blue: 4.7Ohms at 5v.
Red: 7.5Ohms at 5v.
Battery at 7.4V
Man, I feel like a fool sometimes.. Thanks.
Alright Formula for Volts is 7.4-3.2/1A= 4.2 Ohms, formula for Watts Is 4.2x1A squared, comes out 4.2 Watts required.
