Is it possible to add multiple powdercoat options to a single piece in the MHS Builder?
Ex, I want to do a hilt 3 with PC Style 1 in Black, and PC Style 2 in gold. At one point I managed to get...
I will buy several of these. I've been wanting a good coupler for a long time. Any further news on how the v2 prototype went?
I don't really like it 'as-is', too big, to boxy for my particular tastes. Bevel the edges a bit, maybe make it in an oval format. I'd also like to see the option for a side mounted tactile switch,...
Only problem I can see is the 4-40 Nylon screw as a D-Ring holder. Those screws are typically used to hold the LEDs to their heatsinks, which means they are small. They're also kind of soft, so...
Well, 4.5V is the absolute bare minimum you would need to feed the board for a LuxIII Blue. I'd recommend going with the full 6V though.
I do have to point out that Lithium batteries are not the same as Lithium-Ion.
Lithium batteries are usually what Energizer and Duracell call their "High-Power" batteries. They do have good...
You'll be better off seperatly.
Also remember that those LED Switches tend to be bigger than average, so you'll probably have to get a bezel and custom drilled hole. Make sure to read all the...
I'm totally there. In my BSG Colonial Blues, no less.
You can replace the Buckbuck 4-wire with the Buckpuck 6-wire (which is in stock), and never notice the difference. Edit: Also, that P4 pack will come with a resistor as well. Not quite as efficient...
Dallas tickets go on sale tomorrow. I'll have to see if I can sneak in.
I think there is a problem with Luxeon itself. Most places that usually have LEDs are running low on Luxeon stock, and I know that the Lux III Reds have been on backorder at most stores for a fair...
So, I recently managed to snag one of Tim's last few US Cards in the form of the pre-wired combo pack. I got it wired into a saber, plugged in a couple of Trustfires, and was exceptionally happy...
Whats really funny is that the cover of Rule of Two clearly shows his hilt as a straight hilt.

*Pokes Wraith* You're in my house now, boyo.
Its very possible. I spend a lot of my time thinking "it would be cool if" and sometimes my wires get crossed.
I could swear I remember seeing rivets at one point that could be riveted with a hammer and some tool that came with them. Its also possible that I am entirely crazy and never actually saw those at...
I'm at a loss, I'm not sure what I want to do next, make this, or finish off the staff from my signature. Its sitting in a halfway mode while I wait for both funds and parts to return to stock. On...
Its slightly easier to control this way. The only disadvantage is that its a lot harder to spin the saber to reverse along the arm and use it that way.
Thanks for the compliments all. This...
So, I took some of what people said to heart, and decided to do a complete revamp of my saberpike concept.
For those with other things on their mind, version 1.0:...
Welp, I'm "finished" with my MHS Tonfas.

Actually, the saberbuilder has rivets so that you can plan how to rivet on shrouds. Rivets would be a bad idea for a blade holder.
I'd do what J-Lo said, and go with a set screw.
So, Strydur, you totally wanna stock these, right? Cause you know... One-stop saber shop and all, right?
Interesting...
Any clue yet if its going to be DLC, or a "game of the year" type new disc release?
Thanks for pointing that one out to me Kal El. I know Grayven used a 3.3 ohm 2 watt on that project, but I'm not sure exactly how to extrapolate that to make sure I'm doing the right thing for...
Ok, So I'm trying to make a violet blade using a Prolight RGB.
Here's the data I've got.
Red: 1.9V ~ 3.1V, 350mA
Green: 2.8V ~ 4V, 350mA (Not going to be hooked up)
Blue: 2.8V ~ 4V, 350mA
