Set you WB to a neutral grey card. Make sure its being exposed to the same light source. The picture will come out 99% like you see with your eyes.

Edit: Most camera will let you set a custom WB,...

Haha i was told if you predrill (like you did) to use a significantly smaller drill bit for the predrill holes. Why? Because of movement/vibration.

Ok, long story short, i have a AV switch (Long) that i need to get 'into'. I need to change the LED and the resistor inside it.

I know some of you have done this before, to fix damaged AV switch...

Doesn't matter. The clamp stamp is covered by the appropriate pattern metal tape, the end cap/tube stamp is covered with the D-Ring.
