I'v had that problem once too. Your optics are probrably misaligned. That results in a very dim blade. Try placing the optics directly over the led.

How about a 45 degree angle joint for the MHS? Anodization, grenade ribbed section, sink knob pommels, pommels with speaker holes, more emitter selections.

Well, the Graflex kit is cheaper, works better, and isn't made for the Anakin Fx. Its made for a Graflex. What are you converting? That would help...

Keep in mind that the blades they were using weren't poly-c. They were carbon fiber blades that were 1/2 OD. The blades were 40" because they were so light. 1" Poly-c isn't going to weight less than...

Try scratching the cellophane diagonally with sandpaper or similar abrasives. It should work a bit better. I noticed you were using an acrylic blade. Would that change anything?
