Hey people. Long time no post. lol
So this is the first saber I’ve finished in over two years. The hilt itself I got of ebay about 4 or 5 years ago, I can’t really remember. I can’t even...
Thats pretty impressive if you can get a V2 speaker mount, 4aaa battery holder with batteries and a sound board in a 4" fluted section! With the speaker pack in there, there was only about...
So this is the first saber I've built in over 6 months (I finished this on 28th January), I decided to have a bit of a break from sabers and mess around with blasters instead.
The parts I've had...
I was just about to post that I'm glad that this is happening again this year, when I saw people moaning about having one more pic. But as other have said, do what I did last year. Do one main large...
Thats brilliant, my birthday's on Halloween as well.
Nope, thats just an example of what Tim can do.

Nope, no rewiring involded with the batteries. I simply replaced the two AA with the two 14500. I tried it with one first and bridged the connection where the other battery...

Tunisia was amazing. Very hot and sunny, it didn't even...
I don't like PVC sabers but this one is stupendous. Great job.

I've got it planned in my head how to do it.

I mentioned in the video that the brass is starting to tarnish, but I'm kind of liking it. I took pics of the upper grip...
Thanks everyone.
The MHS made it easier to slide the chassis in and out, nothing to catch on internally, plus I would have had to use external screws for the adaptors, I didn't want to use any...
Skateboard grip tape is not as daft as it sounds either, I've used it before and it works really well. Its really ruff to begin with but after handling it for a few hours its fine.
...
As I said before I can't believe I actually won, so thanks to everyone that voted for it. I thought I'd post this and include larger detail pics. The detail pics in the entry were abit small.

I can't believe I actually won, so thanks to everyone that voted for my saber. I can honestly say I didn't enter to win but it does feel good to win something, which for me doesn't happen a lot.

If you go over 6v the board will fry. Of all the MR powered custom sabers I have, and I have a few, all of them are powered by 6v and all of them are fine.
Its actually quite simple, its just held in place with the silver screw.
Is it a Vader casing and speaker/battery pack? If so, they won't fit inside the MHS body. You'll need the maul casing and...

From the very first post in this thread:
Why didn't you just post these in the other thread, instead of making a new one?
