Got all my parts today! Seems like I may be missing some things. So I bought a Panasonic Li-Ion 18650 3.7V 3400mAh PCB Protected Rechargeable Battery and the Speaker holder #6. Was this a mistake?...
Was I right on the Red needing the 1.2 3w?
I would say my copy/paste skills need more work :P lol
Parts
3.7 Li-ion
Red Forward Voltage @1000mA = 3.41v
Green Forward Voltage @1000mA = 2.59v
Royal Blue Forward Voltage @1000mA = 3.58v
So... 3.7 - 3.41 / 1.0 = 1.11
3.7 - 2.59 / 1.0 = 0.12
Thanks Strydur, I've decided to return the LED to the company I got them from. Making this special for my wife and I want it to be great. Do you have a heatsink/LED/Module with an RGB? I'm only...
Awesome. Ok, so my (hopefully) last question. I'm using this for a PIco Crumble board. If I use this LED and the green has no resistor, will I still be able to achieve a Purple lightsaber, Orange,...
Wait..No. I've done some reading. I wouldn't need -any- resistor for the 3.9v LED with a 3.7 Battery correct?
Alright, since I have no idea. Does that mean I need to put a larger resistor on it?
Looks like I did indeed buy the wrong LED. I'm using a 3.7v Li-Ion and the 1000ma Green is 3.8v. Right?
Alright, having some trouble reading this. It's an RGB but the chart shows
Unit Min. Typical Max.
Forward Voltage (@ 350 mA) -...
Did I buy the wrong LED? I'm trying to make my first Pico Crumble set up and I bought this off another website...but I fear I may have purchased the wrong one..:(

It says it's for the NB. Could a Pico Crumble work with this?
So...now that the Acrylic pieces are not available for the chassis and I'm on a time constraint. (Gotta build it before Star Wars Celebration!) Any idea, recommendations?
So this is my updated list. How am I looking? Any suggestions? (I purchased the LED from another website.) It's a Cree XPE2 - RGB. Any suggestions / Things I'm missing?

You guys are great! Answers so quickly. I was just going to ask that. The reason these packs are safer are because "Packs" Have the safety board already installed for recharge / Discharge?
Thanks for your responses, Greenie and Jbkuma.
What could go wrong with a Li-ion pack? Just if I don't use the right resistors?
Because I'm new to this, and wiring / soldering all together, I'm a bit worried about the whole Li-ion battery. Could I get away with NIMH? I'm building this for my wife and I'd hate to be married to...
Hello everyone,
I'm new here, and to the lightsaber building game. I'm going for a Pico Crumble for my first sound board. Here's my part list. Am I missing anything?
