Hi,
So I have been wiring my new CF 7.5 board today, and almost everything is working out. I am having one problem though. The main led is not lighting upon ignition! I know my wiring is not wrong...
Thanks Azmaria and Loachri for the helpful tidbits of info.
thank you for the size suggestion and no, no PCB at this time
Yeah, I am well aware that the forum is linked to the shop. Since Tim does not sell such an item, I did not see the harm in asking for a brand and size. I have googled for the item and have found...
Hey Everyone,
So I am building a new saber and want to put in a rechargeable battery pack. I have been reading and researching here and believe I can build the pack. I have just two small questions...
Anyone know the dimensions of the new board?
Sloth, you disgust me with your saber building awesomeness!!! ;)
I name mine, but it is more like naming a model of a car. I have the Shadowcaster line and the Mistcutter line. Kind of like a Ford Escape or Focus. Like everyone else has been saying, just easier to...

more profile/sideview shots please. thanks
I am one AV switch away from finishing my Green Lantern saber.
good to know. thanks
Thank you one and all. Eastern & LDM those pics were quite helpful. One last question. What do you use to hold the switches in place? Glue, JB weld, something else? Thanks again!
I am actually working on a similar project for my son. I am using style 2 pre-made hilt, pommel, and a blade holder. That is is going to be about 9.5 inches. I know it will have enough room because I...
So I have been looking through the threads and have seen some pics and descriptions, but not exactly what I was looking for. I am working on a obi-wan ep.III styled hilt and want to use a smaller...
don't forget to get the screw for your covertec clip
I think that is a good looking first saber for your nephew. I like the pommel design. How old is your nephew? I ask because I did not see a clip on the hilt, and in my experience, the little guys...
either the momentary or the latching would work fine. They have the same look, just different functions. your latching will work best for no sound or if you repurpose a MR/Hasbro board.
buy some c-clip pliers at your local hardware store, if you are going to do a number of sabers. I did, and I have had no trouble getting them in since.
while I am generally a fan of blue. I like the green on this sweet saber.
I am thinking jedi, unless you coat/paint it black. then it is sith
