Is that The Complete Sculptor store?
I used 1-1/4-Inch Poly Slip-Joint Washers. They should have them at the same place you bought the sink tube. They fit nice and snug and worked great for me.
The picture above is the Vader conversion kit in an MR which is designed for. Here is a picture of it in the Heiland:

Very loose fit.
I though about the aluminum HVAC tape that Jonitus...
I had been thinking about trying an MR/Hasbro Vader kit in a Heiland, so I just got one from TCSS last week to try it out, and it did not work. :(
The OD of the MR/Hasbro kit is significantly...
strange that they are round on the outside and not hex shaped. They're pretty unusual looking.
If the writing on the bag is correct the inside of the fat part should be threaded, is it? If not, it's...
I think slothfurnace had the best solution in the following thread (Scroll down to post #25):...
tried wrinkled film this evening, didn't work. I tried it on cellophane and the blade film that Tim sells in the store. Neither had any effect.
etching into the plastic might be the best way to do...
Glitter is usually made of reflective opaque material, it reflects light, but light doesn't go through it. Illuminated from behind, as in a blade, I think it would look like dark spots. I like the...
Sorry I never replied to your question sooner cabo5150, I lost the 10-32 blade retention screw and couldn't find the time to get a new one.
Since I only have one blade right now I couldn't duel with...
I have an incandescent maglite converted to LED with a TerraLux LED direct replacement bulb. I put in the TCSS lens without the lens holder and it seems to work great, no issues.
Wow, I'm jealous of a six year old. But you can't blame me, that's an awesome saber. I'm inspired to try some etching.
I think the tips in this tutorial can be applied to shrouds.

The tutorial is about sink tubes but the...
I converted my regular (incandescent) bulb D-Cell Maglite. I changed the glass bulb to an LED bulb using one of those TerraLUX direct replacement led bulbs from Amazon. Then I put a TCSS 8.7 deg lens...
a D cell Maglite flashlight spring might work, if you're willing to sacrifice a Maglite.
I picked up the one that was just on ebay (the one in your photo) and now I see the difference. There are two types, Master and the Junior. No wonder I couldn't understand how you fit a sink tube...
Gland to see someone else using a Minicam Flash, They're beautiful little flashes and they are great for a small kids' size saber. I'm using two of them to make sabers for my 2yr old and her friend....
This is looking great. Love to see this kind of detailed build log, I've learned a lot already. Amazing photos too.
Great info, thanks for sharing.
I love crystal chambers, the saber part, not the member of this forum whom I've never met.
People have been getting so intricate and detailed with their crystal...
I second that. Thank you to all the Vets who have served our country and those who are currently serving!

Yeah! Aubrey de Grey better get cranking on his research, I want to live to see this.
Yeah, the Thrawn Trilogy is the only EU stuff I've ever read, and I thought they were awesome. I've always wished they made them into movies.

I think Next year I'll make the Yoda again with some TCSS LED's and parts.
The emitter plug is the scroll wheel from an old mouse that I took apart. It fit perfectly snug in the emitter. I put a collet on it so I can grip it and pull it out.
Thanks for the tip about the images! it works much better.
Thanks everyone. I can't wait to get started on the next one.
I think your right about the quick disconnects, Arkhan. I'll try to use fewer next time.
