I had a lot of problems with my first saber and I just went ahead and remade it. I got the idea from the storm trooper saber I saw.

Ok guys and gals just a update. I used glass frosting spray on the blade. It does ok i just cant take pictures with the flash on. I had a brass accent on the back of the hilt but my saber fell over...

The blade is 1in ploycarbonate tube 1/8 in thick, and right now it is just clear with nothing in it.
