So would this be what I need - http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/47ohm-5w-resistor-P947.aspx
Cause using that formula I got - .57ohm and .196W - I see nothing close to that "W" size

I have 2 light sabers direct wired already running a white Cree xp-e2 on a 3v lithium battery. But I can't figure out what resistor I need to run a red Cree xp-e2 on the sand set up. Any help...
i guess its not a brighter type question - its manly looking for thoughts as to which will look better?
Blue blade - http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/1-Thick-walled-Trans-Blue-PolyC-40-long-P1045.aspx
Green Blade - http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/1-Thick-walled-Trans-Green-PolyC-40-long-P1044.aspx...
Thank you - i will try one of those for the green tip. the blue tip worked perfect with a fit dye and acetone dip.
We have a blue quad wrapped blade and a green quad wrapped blade. Would it be brighter with a single led white cree or with a single led blue/green cree?
How does one go about dying the white blade tips- i need a blue one and a green one.
