I'm no expert, but it looks good too me.
I used a .47ohm .5w for my blue die, it works fine for me.
Do you have a blade retention screw?

Not sure, my first saber which has PRIZM was around $330-$350US,again no powder coating, 4 piece, tri-rebel, all aluminium.

Its not the price of the items that is a concern, its just if I have to...

I reckon it was around $170-190 US per saber with NB and PEx for FOC, single colour blade with white FOC. Basic main body,blade holder, and pommel, AV switch, blades, resistors, V6 chassis...

Unfortunately it's not viable (dollar wise) for me to build...

Yeah, you might be right on the RED, I'll check my calculations again. I couldn't find the Forward voltage for the TRI- Rebel so I took it off the single die led's?
