Yep, thats the album that inspired me to build the one I am working on.
The design is for show mostly. No sound just a lux III and a lighted latching switch. More of a concept saber.

will the packs need to be insulated? So they don't rattle around?
just a random thought. I am building a PVC saber a c's are a good fit in the 1" sch 40 pipe.
Has anyone tried to build a saber using four "c" batteries?
If yes, is there anything I should know?
