I have to update the specification:
-The Traxus will get a new SP-LED which Saberproject developed.
-And the chassis will be made from the MCS (Modular-Chassis-System) which Bertuzzi...

I brought the overlay material to a factory for cutting, so the hilt will be completed in a few weeks :D

Thank you for all your tips but I won't need this tips because the overlay will be cut mechanical. So I don't have any work with cutting the overlay ;)
I just made the template to see if the overlay...

How should I protect the overlay?
I'll grind down the inside of the overlay to be sure not to have scratches in the powder coating ;)

The switches will be added in the ribbed extension. On the draft on the top of the side you can see two half circles on the ribbed extension....

The saber will be ice-blue an FoC will be white ;)
