No, it all seems fine for awhile then slowly starts to fail. I have thought that it might need to be charged, but after a full charge still happens and than finally stop all together.

So I am having an issue with the saber. The aux button stops working and needs to be replaced. I am using black momentary switch (switch20), I am on my third one and have bought them from the shop...

Thanks for the feedback. I would recommend for your first build is to watch the videos that Madcow has done. They were the on in my shop everyday.

It was the switch. Lucky for me a electronic store in town sold the same switch. Swapped it out and now is all good.

Thanks for the reply's...... I do not think I explained that I am using that switch for the blaster block / lockup / aux. It will work for a moment and then stop, the saber itself is still running...

Then I must be doing something wrong. I have different 5" hilts and no dice.

Will the Acrylic Chassis Disc for PC 2.0 and 14500 side by side pack - S5 fit in the 7" hilt? I was hoping they worked with the 5" but no luck.
