The shroud is actually PVC painted a metalic Gold. The photos do make it look more copper than gold though.

Thanks for the comments gang. The O rings really were not a problem. The choke was leftover and had a hole drilled in it so I had to use PVC to make a cover and then put the O-rings on that.

This saber has been rebuilt several times and I think I finally am happy with how it turned out. Broke away from the OT style i preferr also with this one. Lux 3 Amber and no sound yet.

Thanks for the feedback. I am going to weather the blaster and that should allow the washers to fit in better with everything else.
