this is the full PVC saber i've been working on, i got some inspiration from Gundamaniac's new version of the Obi-Wan "tribute" saber.
no electronics yet they're on the way USPS had a litte hick-up...
hate to ask about ur crafting secrets, but i tried to do something similar to the leather work on a previous hilt of mine, how exactly did you get the leather to stay so tight?
The grips used to be the normal windshield wiper style, and after much deliberation i had decided that it made the saber to bulky and uncomfortable, so i just took my knife and cut off the vertical...
