no this won't stop me, it will just take me longer until I am satisfied with a new saber
thank you all so much for your kind words.
but that makes it even harder to build my next saber, because normally I want to exceed my last work and make something better or at least something...
I really like this saber, was one of my favorites.
There are just two things that bothered me a bit. The more or less stock bunny ears, I would have liked to see them more in the traditional graflex...
Hello everyone!
I wanted to show you my newest saber called Giheizan (that's old high german for to promise, to say, to command, ... I thought this name was quite fitting for this saber).
The...
A really nice saber, it's just a bit to "flashy" for my taste.
Your etching is really amazing and it fits the saber.
yes it is at least more difficult than in the US.
but still possible. I am from austria and was able to find what I needed in, only the pcbs I got from TCSS because those are just smaller^^
you can...
the harder the competition, the more fun it gets.
can't wait to see all your sabers
really nice, good thing I am working on a saber, hopefully I can finish it (I'm already working 1 year at this saber, so 9months could get tight^^).
@forgetful jedi knight: I am not really sure if...
a really nice saber (as always^^), especially I like how you tried to hide the aux button, it doesn't interfere with the rest of the design.
a true piece of art. I wish one day I can build a saber only half as cool as yours
really nice and clean shourd work and overall a cool saber. congratz!
I tried engraving a few times, but it really needs practise. I wasn't able the make smooth lines.

I currently used PnP blue like rougue9607 on his satele saber (http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com/showthread.php?14075-Rogue9607-s-Satele-Inspired-Saber-First-Saber/page5&highlight=satele).
But I...
a really nice saber. I like how you used the choke in combination with the shroud
it doesn't matter. One side is as good as the other, there is no real + or -. You won't notice a difference if you solder pin A as + or pin B, it works either way.
thanks again!
and yes the next builds willl include a buildlog. currently there are two sabers in my queue, one based on my red9 and something new. but it will take me several months to finish them,...
a really cool saber!
@robodoc: the etching was done chemically with root killer, salt and water
@senvinzol: no there is no build log. during the build process I just forget to make some pics and when I remember to...
thank you so much for your kind words.
I would have never dared to dream od such a response!

Hello!
I wanted to show you my newest saber:
RED9
This saber was inpired by the engine of a x-wing fighter and so I wanted to capture the basic style elements of the x-wing and especially...
hi!
I have never done a graflex conversion but I hope I can help you a bit.
do you see the copper disk on the picture? this is the heatsink. with a thermal tape (also sold here) you can "glue" your...
I've used the acrylic disk for the PC2.0 and the 18650 batteries for my CF6.5 and it fit like a glove.
a really nice saber, I specially like that the switches are not visible and I love the grip, it looks amazing!
damn.......
I'm speechless
wow, that's amazing, I love it!!!
