@thrgk
yes, i just sand the outer part of the insert and inside the pummel till it feels right and spins freely.
It's really easy to do and you don't need to use a Dremel.
Another solution would be "reverse" sound set up, speaker towards the emmiter.
In my build with rice and recharge in the pommel, it was the only solution I could think of.
I had actually thought about getting a deep red/royal blue/amber
from the luxeon site, but i wasn't willing to shell out $50 for 1.
I'll se how this one looks, if i dont like it ill order a custom...
build log update 20121026.17
since i only have a few hours to work on this every other day (2hr) this is what i did today,
wired up the leads to the main board from the CeX...
Hello everyone,
started wiring up my 3rd build today.
I started with the Tri-Rebel RGB. This was nerve racking for me because of the VERY small area i have to work with.
Wires kept coming off and...
sorry just my opinion,
its your board...
why cant people just follow directions?
the NBv1 only needs 3.4-5.5v. THATS IT....why would you want to risk blowing up
a perfectly good board just cause you don't want to follow...
well SS,
thats odd that you say to use a PC over a Mac, I've used both.
followed the same tutorial and it just didn't work.
Here is the link to the tutorial,

@jared, thanks. It is a rebel deep red with a...
I would go for a trans-white thin walled.

there is a great tutorial by Jay-gon, but i cant find it right now.
simply, as far as...
Zahc, i was assuming you would be using a style20 or 21 momentary, on that one for neg
and one for positive. you (or I) bridge the main to the aux. meaning double soldering
on one peg.
personally,...
Even though it is pre wired, read the PC's manual completely.
If I recall. The only double solder you need to do is on the
recharge port it's self and on the Aux. button.
Again, I highly...
I know from experiance that the PC 2.0 likes to "reset" to the optimal mA. I have a rebel deep red and royal blue.
The royal blue runs at 1000mA and the deep red runs at 700-750mA.
On a second...
those aren't new. they've been out of a while.
the 2w bass speakers are much better, i have both.
Has any one tried royal blue and deep red to make a purple?
I wonder how that would effect the shading.
Here are some helpful links,

or this one...
if thats the case i don't think it would be secure enough to duel with, it would be just for display.
Quick question Sloth, did you thread the graflex adapter into the ribbed extension or attach it some other way?
if you posted, i might have missed it in all this awesomeness.
I did not know that.......
@Darren, im using "Deep Red" for my current saber set up with PCv2.0, i did not change the settings from my royal blue, running @ 1000mA. i haven't noticed a difference. When i finally build my...
I meant that I'm going to have to sand a little off the inside of the speaker holder, the M&Ms was for the grooved section.
also, I'm going for a forward or "reverse" sound.....
yep, but i did have to sand the rim a little so the speaker would sit properly.
going for a bass speaker in #2(WIP) and looks like ill have to do the same.
i think it has to do with the angle, not quality of the camera, IMO.
that sounds really nasty
but its "fish finger and custard"......
