Looks awesome! It has a little bit of a Rahm Kota look to it!
Thank you much!
I've always liked red orange and deep red. The standard red has always been a little too pink for me.
As with many things in life it really comes down to personal preference.
I also suggest watching this video so you know which switch hole to order.

Looks like I will be modifying the activation ring a bit more for esthetic purposes. I am also working on wiring the NB now and getting the chassis put together....
Welcome! Glad you could join us!
I'm either really sneaky or she's really oblivious!
Well, I am in the process of building a saber for my wife. I've kept it a secret so far and hope to surprise her with it and her jedi costume so she can dress up for the Force Awakens release! ...
I may be using a 8/32 to hold on a piece of wood near the emitter and it may go through the threads... I will know better once I finish the wooden addition.
I may go for it and document the process win or lose!
How about mounting a button/accent led through threaded sections... I am trying to figure this out right now and I'm slightly apprehensive about drilling through threads!
I had this issue because I ground the power extender to the negative battery post on my recharge port.
Using Madcow's method and a lime/red orange/royal blue rebel to achieve a golden yellow blade!

With this setup I get a lavender foc!
I hope my wife likes it...
This looks awesome!
Great video once again! I'm about to use this method on a custom tri-rebel lime/red orange/royal blue as soon as the NB are back in stock.
I love how deep you managed to get the etching! The texture left behind from the etching process looks awesome!
Sounds like the negative from the blue led is some how wired to the the negative from the battery. I would check and see if you ran it to the battery negative post on the recharge port instead of the...
Awesome video once again sir! Thanks for all you do for this community!
Howdy from Texas and welcome to the community!
Also jq sabers sells TCSS mhs parts and they are based in Europe.
I dig that color. Makes me think of R2 with all his blue accents.
Good looking saber you have there!
I soon will start my wife's saber and she wants a golden yellow. I will have to give the red orange/lime a try!
How well does that patina hold up? It looks amazing regardless!
I like the idea of using aluminum pots for "scrap" aluminum! I may have to check my cabinets to see what "materials" I have for my next build.
