Great balls of fire, that just made my day. I honestly don't know how I missed that.
That being said, thank you very much!
I have a situation where I'm wiring a NB v3, tri-Cree Am/Am/W, momentary switch and switch converter together.
I have watched the videos about this, read other threads about similar situations, and...
I probably could've just watched the tutorial on AV switch wiring to figure this out in the first place...
Thank you for your help!
On the topic of resistors, I purchased the 16mm Anti Vandal Short Momentary Switch and found out it had no internal resistor.
With the Vf battery still at 3.7V, and the switch LED at 2.0V and...
Thank you. I bought a pack of trust fires, and I'll try what you mentioned.
Hope this works

My battery holder isn't contacting with the positive end of the certain battery I have, thus resulting in not being able to power any of the parts in my saber.
Anybody know...

FoC?
I only plan on using the LED for the saber. It's my first one and I've been reading as much as I can.
Thank you for the help.
I've purchased a Cree Tri-XP-E2 with amber/amber/white diodes. From the specs in the shop, one of the amber diodes should have a forward voltage of 2.65V at 1000mA, and the white diode has 3.15V at...
Would using a .5 ohm 3w resistor for each of them be suitable? Or would you suggest using different resistors depending on how bright you want the diodes to be?
For example, I have a...
