That heat sink will work for a Tri Cree if you drill your own center hole. You don't need a lens holder for a Tri Cree, just the LED , its tri lens and the LED adhesive star with center hole. The...
Just hacksaw the tip off and start over. Use a file to clean up the shoulder of the tip and re glue it after. Too much work?

Former Jedi who aren't darkside are usually called Grey Jedi. If you don't like all grey you could work it in. Like Grey tabbards or cloak with other colors for the rest.
Corellian Jedis used a...
Or you can drill a center hole in the copper heat sink yourself.
Speaking of chassis. I read somewhere that one chassis disc type or another fits mag bodies with minor modifications. anyone know which?

You can sand the powder coat off too. Just have the whole part coated and use needle files and sandpaper to take off where you don't want it.

Like Grimlock said switches don't have + - , Think of them as a way to "plug in" / "unplug" whatever wire you have it on. I usually put resistors on the + side of the LED but it doesn't really...

I plan on "borrowing" some of your design ideas for my own build. I went and bought a pair of the Graflex stubbies to play with. I'm thinking the best way to wire it up would be to use 2 single die...

Some of the renders are pretty cool looking. Check them out here....
The chassis disks made for the Graflex should fit a Maglite. Minor sanding might be required.

There can also be some space issues inside. From the pommel end, the interior diameter is the same as TCSS tubes, ie the speaker holders will fit. But after about 2.5 inches it narrows down to 1 inch...
