Holy crap! Those are some amazing sabers. Way to go! What did you use to hold the belts on?
It can be really expensive, especially if you are determined to jump in and get the best of everything. On the flip side, though, you can make a pretty inexpensive saber if you go with "entry level"...
This is really cool. I'll have to try this on my next saber. Since it would work with any colors I bet it would make for some really cool combinations
I've always liked that emitter but could never think of a cool, short saber design for it. Your's is great! Awesome work.
*Darth Vader Voice* Impressive.
Looks great! Have you thought about doing the copper powder coat on the emitter too? Might unify the unpainted emitter into the overall design? I really like that shroud!
I've been waiting to see you post a new saber fjk, I am not disappointed. Great work!
I really like the sleekness and simplicity of the design. Sometimes simplicity is elegance.
Very very nice. Great color and looks like a nice solid build.
I can't comment on the specifics of the resistor (I don't have time right now to check the calculations), but a 20mA resistor would definitely not work with a main LED. Those are for the LEDs in AV...
It might also be worth noting that forum member Darth Alice (or Darth Cooper, I don't remember which name is for this forum :) ) had a 10 watt GGGG LedEngine in a saber and said he sold it because it...
Could maybe use a carbon fiber contact paper or something.
Not sure if it could somehow cause problems, but I use the screw that holds the covertec knob on my saber as a set screw for the speaker holder. Doesn't wiggle at all.
Umm...I don't have a RRW, but I used a GGW. Expect it to be very bright. In a fully lit room (not sun lit, but well lit with lights) my GGW at 1000ma hurt my eyes a bit.

Sorry it has been so long since I have posted. Work picked up and got pretty crazy. I ended up deciding that I will probably not be able to continue posting daily, but I will still try...
I have had similar things happen with a PC 2.0 and li-ion batteries. Always a good way to know you need to change/recharge batteries! :)

Every now and then you hit a saber color so cool that it just blows your poor camera's mind. Sadly, that also makes it difficult to photograph. This is the...

MALLARD GREEN
This is definitely my new favorite. It is a darker color, but only really has problems when you get a lot of glare on the blade...there must be a way to fix that...
