Machined and polished Alum. hilt and grip.
Hand cut Alum. shroud.
MPS insert 7...

Starfest was a blast!
Unfortunately i had forgotten to bring my camera... DOH!

I was in a rush to get a Quinlan Vos costume together for Starfest this year, and realized i need a saber to go with it.
I had 4 days to get this together, and unfortunately it shows in some spots....

Another custom finished and on it's way to a new home.
This one is for the mother of the boy Sfd-3 went to.
She wanted to have an only slightly similar saber as her son.
A master/padawan...

Completed another order for a child's birthday today.
I am not sure if the boy will be as excited to see it as his mother was when i delivered it to her.
She was soo excited to see it she placed...

The polishing and PC came together wonderfully.

I milled a groove on both sides and used JB Weld to set them.

This is a great design over all, but using alum. copper, and brass together it's a little brite.
Adding some black to this design will go a long way if you don't want to weather it.

13 3/4" over all.
He's grown a bit, his last one was just under 9". :)
