I've been planning my first saber on and off for years now. I've finally decided to start my first build.
I want to make a lightsaber based on 1.25" sink tubes. Hopefully I wont be doing...

I am planning on trying to make a sink tube lightsaber, however the blade holders for sink tubes seem to be out of stock. Does anyone know a good alternative to these, or are these the only option?

Just one more question: does this insert make sound any less loud in comparison to other inserts based off the size/layout of the holes?

So the rattling is not too big a deal? It wouldnt, say, drown out the sounds from the speakers?

I'm interested in getting this insert for my lightsaber so it can be used as a belt clip, however the reviews claim it to be loud and annoying. Is this really true, or is it an exageration? and if it...

If I was trying to make a sink tube saber and (theoretically) I wanted to make it double bladed, could I/how would I be able to connect two of those screw on nut things like on the end of the 1.25...
