When this happened to me, I found that my soldering iron was not hot enough. I kick mine up to 375 C and it goes much better. Hope this helps!
Personally, I would recommend using resistors instead of the buckpuck as it requires beyond the recommended voltage for the Spark2 (uses one 3.7v battery). The buckpuck will not work. For the Spark,...
If you go into the override file and find the command valsnd and change it to 0 (from 1) it makes cycling through the fonts easier. Check out pages 32 & 33 in the manual. Also, if you have changed...

Thanks!
Wow! That's fantastic work!
Thanks! I actually had not seen the video you mentioned. I'll check it out!
Thanks everyone!
The beauty of MHS is that 5 people could use the same parts and you would see 5 completely different sabers!
For the ring - I used a piece of MHS shroud material that I cut down...
This saber is made of modified MHS parts, 3-D printed parts, and other metals. My idea was to create a graflex inspired design that would be able to take the owner thru the life of the graflex saber...

I've had to "un-glue" some parts in the past. I used a heatgun for a few seconds where the glue was located and I could pull the parts apart. Are you from Wichita, KS?
Would it be possible to provide a video on how to properly apply powder coating for the DIY crowd? Another idea for a video I would like to see is how to install a hidden recharge port in the hilt...
Thank you!!!!!
I wouldn't mind seeing a video on how to wire a PEx to a NBv2 for FoC.
