Welcome to posting. We look forward to your work.
Personally, anything over 12" is too long of a hilt for me...even though I am working on a 40" hilt...haha;)
I like both. You blew a P4? Those are kind of touchy leds...
Keep up the good work!
Sloth...you have done it again. I looked at your site, and this was not there...
Thanks for posting all of your work. This really helps, even though as others have said, the bar has been elevated...
Would you suggest a 700 ma buckpuck on top of a fx board with a 3.7v Li ion and a red p4?
Yeah, I guess that would be true. ;)
I love your work, but you have to work on your naming of the sabers. Haha. :D
My bad...the TIP42 should have 3 wires. If you had followed Equinox13's post
4716
you would have been fine. Minus the 5V reg...
Some lurk longer than others, but we end up joining, sharing, and learning!
Welcome!
Wow...ummm...where to start.

I see that you did not unsolder the three leds from the board. With the vader I think you have to....

Post some pics of your wiring...we can help better if we know what you did. ;)
Wow...Lord Maul got to that fast!
Woah...slow down. ;)
You are asking alot of Q's that have been answered in your other thread....
Thanks Equinox. I seem to be missing the little things!
You should edit your post instead of double posting.
Check out the diagram on this page for wiring your eco board....
I like the switch placement. Very nice build over all.
Hasbro sound board, as in the economy cheap or a hasbro FX.
If it is the economy cheap, you need a tip42 PNP transistor.
Is you AV switch momentary? It needs to be momentary for the economy board....
Not that he needed it for that long any how...;)
Yes, that is how it works.

-Thanks, I thought wrong, I don't remember there being one of those screws a while back. :? Oh well.
Just buy what Equinox suggested; the smaller screw.
As long as you cut down the screw for the covertec, you should be fine. Otherwise, the screw holding the covertec will go into the hilt, and interfere with the switch. This shouldn't be too much of a...
Very nice! How did you get faux wood grain?
I can't program the pli to cut off at 2.75v, but it would be nice...I guess I just have to read it when it gets down to a few leds.
From my calculations, the one I am looking for should be an 75k or 82K ohm resistor.
Hmmm...must have entered the colors backwards...in that case the 4.8V should be 100K, and the 6.0V would be 140K. I will edit my post above.
Thanks for telling the wattage; I have hundreds of 1/4...
