Hi everyone, I was hoping to start a thread where we can talk about all the different types of activation / auxiliary Switches (momentary, latching, illuminated or non illuminated) that we have seen...
I'm from East Orlando, but I've been stationed in Hawaii for the past several years. I'll be taking leave and coming home in March.
I would love to get a chance to incorporate one of these in a saber. probably for display only. 96629663
i would switch the regular ribbed extention with the V-groved one and give it powder coating on just the depressions, not the outside. that way it would be a little more shiny. that and it's a shame...
i've done it. just grind/cut the pols on the switch down like half way and make sure you have that ring thing http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Bezel-for-illuminated-switches-P448.aspx and that...
sounds like a cool idea...
gentlemen this IS possible... but. you will have quite a chore to do. the only way you can get a GOOD WORKING version of a "sephiroth saber" is to have a REALLY LONG HILT like 1 1/2 feet (give or...

awesome info! really needed this because i accidentally had one of my part's powder coated when i didn't need it to be so this saves me from buying another one!
hmmm... i like it
yeah i ripped it straight from youtube because i liked it so much
btw. i think a cool idea for a sound font would be something like a lightning rod with tons of electricity sounds as if the...
that's the exact idea that i was thinking. (i just didn't know they had polyc. sheets lol!) this is the best solution in my opinion!
i think it would require some kind of fiber optic setup, plus the blade would have to be custom made or something... i wonder if if would be possible to get a special "cast" to mold polycarbonate to...
