She used Apoxie Sculpt, it comes in a variety of colors and amounts. The stones in in are actual stones and glass.

This is my first complete hilt with electronics.
I used the TCSS sink pipe blade holder as well as the basic LED kit (4AAA, latching switch, Red LED).
