Korbanth OWK Parts List

Hello members, I've recently acquired an incomplete Korbanth OWK kit and am trying to determine where I can find the following: missing the red knob (assume its a tactile switch) and the screws (looks like 3 button head screws). I'm sure I can get the screws off the TCSS website, but I don't know what size they are... also, I'm not 100% sure about the red button nob/switch (size, tactile?) and where to acquire a replacement. I appreciate any suggestions or information anyone has. Thanks.
