Darth Maul MR Luxeon Conversion

Hello,
I am brand new to this and virtually have no idea what im doing. Though i started the Luxeon conversion of my maul MR saber and on step one i broke something. Im wondering if anyone could supply the piece that goes under the red activation switch that surrounds the screw in there. In the attempt to push the pin on the switch through the whole switch came off with the top part of the piece im talking about leaving the bottom part behind. Also does anyone have any info on the Blade holder not fitting in the hilt because i cant seem to get it in correctly and also i cannot seem to get the hilt to seperate to two pieces.
