So, working on another MHS build. After doing a few Korbanth's, I'm wanting to get back into making a hilt from scratch. Plus, want to give acid etching a go ;)
Always liked the look of Blade Holder 22, so using that I'm looking at :

May change the extension style 1 and the 1.2 double female (was using this for tactile switches) out for a single piece from pommel to choke. Originally was look at pommel 10, but its out of stock.

Looks nice! I’ve been messing with acid etching using pnp blue and ferric chloride. Came out ok... I practiced but the new ferric chloride is aggressive as hell so if you see it bubble like mad, stop! Now that I’ve used it over and over it’s weaker and is easier to control.
If you plan to use packing tape to hold the pnp on your mhs, USE HIGH QUALITY THICK tape.... that easy to tear off packing will melt in the oven.
The thick packing tape doesn’t melt but it does shrink, so use a lot!
