Visor material question.
So I am looking at helmets andworking on a few and wondering what most out there use for the visor material. Does any one send 30 or more dollars for the motorcycle visor, or is there a more affordable material to use that is much more flexable and possible comes in sheet form. Any suggestion would be helpful working on a budget.

Well, one way is to get some cheap clear plastic sheeting from Lowe's or Home Depot and a heat gun. Just gotta be careful, those heat guns get pretty darn hot. Let the plastic cool gradually, or it could crack (learned that the hard way with my Mandalorian Helmet).

You can use welding visors. Most are tinted. They are pretty cheap.
