CFX intermittent LED cut-off

Hello there!

So my friend has a saber pre-made with a beautiful Crystal Focus X in it. He handed it off to me to take a look at because the main LED continues to blink off occasionally. It is very random when it happens but definitely happens in every one of the saber fonts he has. I can only open the saber so much because of the way it was made so i don't know it it is something like a bad solder joint or if it is something that can be fixed via programming. Has anyone else run into this issue before? if so how can we remedy it?

It sounds like there maybe a loose solder joint or an intermittent ground somewhere.
