In the config you just set it to 264.. simple as that.

Dont think RICE will allow it yet.. but you can edit the file manually on the SD card.
which parameter exactly is (it) lightstick ?
Are you using CFX or NB.. we realized recently this does not work for NB as changing it to 264 does not register correctly.
