Issue with Flash on Clash duration - Prizm 5.1 Neopixel

So, my latest build has come out swimmingly, but I'm having an issue with the flash on clash duration on the Prizm 5.1. It seems to be very brief, compared to the NBV4 on my last build. I did some research and the NBV4 focd was set at 200ms. The Prizm focd was defaulted at 150, so I changed it to 200. Didn't seem any different, so I maxed it out to 500. Still, no change.

I changed the focd on every single bank and even went into the override txt to be certain there wasn't some kind of conflicting setting in there that was overriding it when you change color profiles. I'm lost here. Anybody know where I'm going wrong?
