I was going to get specific resistors for my switches, but the one I need is currently out of stock. So I was thinking about using DynaOhm. What's everyone's opinion on them?

Dynaohms are big, clunky, and a simple resistor calculated by Ohm's law for the LED in your switch is best. Resistors can be sourced everywhere cheaply. That is my opinion.
Just use a standard resistor. Go to the next higher common, protect to your LED. It's brightness isn't going to change that much and it's not like an ultra bright switch accent is the thing that makes your saber the next saber of the year.
