Ok so im getting a TCSS style complete blade and the drill and tap hole service for my style 10 blade holder. My question is simple, can I use the thumb screws to tighten my blade?

Ok so im getting a TCSS style complete blade and the drill and tap hole service for my style 10 blade holder. My question is simple, can I use the thumb screws to tighten my blade?
Most people use thumbscrews from what I've seen. I'm going to be using an 8-32 thumbscrew for my blade retention (only because it gives a wide variety for screws). Go for it. :)
