Quick question about powering a 3.7v led

I am working on a project and the LED's I want to use have a forward voltage of 3.7 v typ - 4.5 max. 20mA typ The blaster core sound effect card outputs 3.3 v 18mA on the ray progression outputs.. Does this mean I cant use the LEDs I would like to use? Or will they just not be as bright?

You can use them. They won’t likely be at their maximum brightness, but they’ll still be bright.
