Creating new sound font

I have been working on making a new soundfont originally from MP3 files. I have used Audacity, read the sticky note and made sure I use the right configuration. However I'm not sure that I am saving without metadata. Can anyone tell me how I know if I am doing this. Any input is appreciated thank you.

If you select “Clear” it should do the trick. Make sure all fields are empty.
